Does anyone know how to make new albums and move the photos to them? Can't figure it out! Thanks!

You can't do this on the iPad in the stock iPad Photos app. You need to create those folders on your PC first and then sync with the iPad. Similarly, photos synchd from your PC can't be deleted on the iPad, they need to be deleted on the PC first and then a sync operation carried out.

However, there are many third-party photo apps that can create folders and albums directly on the iPad. Have a look through the Forum and you'll find many recommendations.

Does anyone know of a APP for Photos that brings them in by your file name, not by date? I am at a point of getting rid of my ipad because of the way it brings in your photos. I like everything else but I create file folders with names of photos, then they load into my ipad by I guess the date. Any Suggestions....

I did some research into this and, based upon good reviews, I downloaded the app, Sort Shots, to sort photos into albums on my iPAD. It takes some getting used to and isn't perfect but works for me. There's a good tutorial on how to use it on the Sort Shots web site (just google Sort Shots).
