Any time I've tried to downgrade from 4.3 it always tells me my device is not eligible for the version...
You can only install an older version, if you have saved SHSH blobs from the previous version. If you don't have those, there is no chance of installing a previous iOS version.
Got it...well looks like 4.3 it is !
4.3.1 came out last friday, try that and see if it helps
Is there any way to downgrade 4.3.1 to 4.2.1 by itunes? Cause i have accidentally upgrade my version and now i need to restore it to previous ver for installing cydia.

Hold shift thon click restore in iTunes it should ask you which version
