And I have the same problem with the apps. I reinstalled the PC. Now iTunes says that this is not the correct library, so if I want sync to this "new" library, I lose everything that currently exists there, including the apps. I hollered, "Hey! I paid for some of those apps!". Someone responded that AppStore already knows that I paid, so no sweat. So, I started to download all those apps, again, into iTunes, but when I got to the one I paid for, it wants to charge me again. This syncing with iTunes has never been well thought out, in my opinion. "sync" implies bi-directional. Hello? I have lost all my music on the iPad, now, and now way to put it back on without also losing the apps. So, now what do I do? I can't wait to jailbreak this iPad, but have to wait until someone comes up with a JB for 4.3.2Originally Posted by Tim SPRACKLEN

It looks like iTunes wants to charge you again, but as soon as you press the buy button, it will say you have already purchased this do you want to download it again?
As long as your iTunes and iPad are both signed into the same account, I thought that (for iTunes purchases only) it would say something like 'there are apps and media on this iPad that are not in your iTunes library. Do you wish to copy them? Haven't done this in a while but I'm sure that happens or is supposed to happen.
Thanks Tim Spracklen :-
"Music transferred from your PC to your iPad is placed in the iPad's iPod app - which is where you play the music from. On a similar note, movies imported from your PC from iTunes end up in the iPad's Video app."
I never knew that , I wondered why iTunes on the iPad was basically only to access the store .
Big FAIL Apple ! Where do you hide this info ???
