My desk is in the corner. I have been thinking about getting a plate rack to put my ipad on. Cheap, but not as cool as yours.

Just the clear iPad mount:

Lexan Sheet 1/4" thick 8 1/2" x 11" is about $10
2 Clip boards is about $6
Pipe about $6

Thats around $22

The wall mount at list price is $169, I found a good deal for $105 online.

Total Project Materials Cost around $127

Nice job, but is it easy to remove/insert ?

I find I carry mine around all the time so I use a simple stand next to my main monitor. Easy to grab and go.

All I can say is:

I WANT ONE

EDIT: Is there a cheap version of it, maybe getting a bedside table lamp and cutting off (somehow) the light and base and hot-glueing (not sure how to spell) it to the wall?
