Hi there...
I would like to develop an apps for iPad / iPhone very similar to ALice in wonderland for iPad and if anyone understands the whole step-by-step process of developing such an apps it will be really helpful, because a got the story line and the idea how it should look like, but i really don't know much about programing nor animation.

What you need is to commission a programmer. I'm sure someone here'll be able to point you in the right direction.

Go to iTunes on your iPad, click on 'iTunesU' at the bottom right hand side, select 'Universities and Colleges', then scroll to Stanford. Scroll right through the courses and you'll find a two-part, 25 lectures per part, course on programming iPad apps. It's free and, by the end of the course, you'll be able to program some simple apps yourself. It's a great resource from one of the best Universities in the world."
