Anyone else had good results with being featured on the iTunes store?

This Day in Music (which we've worked on) was featured as 'app of the week' on over 10 stores world-wide which was fantastic for downloads and raising profile. We also then found that various magazines and on-line review sites picked up on the app.

I would be very interested to hear other marketing stories and experiences from you around the launch and promotion of apps.
