    I was wondering if I can use my Ipad 2 Verizon 3G in Turkey with the local Turkish Carrier?

    No. Not on 3G anyway. The Wi-Fi should work fine.

    Turkey, like most countries uses GSM as a standard. I could find no CDMA carriers listed for Turkey.
