Yes - the iPad2 is unlocked and you can use it on any carrier.

Well i have now tried 4times with a new sim to change carrier, will NOT work...... Bad times!

If u bought from a non mobile shop it's unlocked if bought in conduction with a carrier deal it will be Locked mate got mine from telco and it's unlocked if it was subsidised it's locked full price its unlocked

Hi I a new to the forum and hopefully get my I pad 2 tomorrow, the person I am buying from got it from vodafone does this mean it willl be locked to them. and if so is there a way to unlock them.
