We are confused about going in and out of 3g service and hidden cost.

We only want 3g for vacation or other special times.

Will we pay a penalty of some kind for doing this?

Nope, you pay for the month that you need the service and it ends unless you pay for another month of service. You can start and stop without ETFs.

YOU need to cancel service before next billing date (30 days) otherwise they automatically charge you.

They do not charge any hidden fees an for me, tax free (flat $25 mnth)
