I need app to transfer files from iPhone to iPad " photo , video , etc

For photos and video, the PhotoSync app (no hyphen) does a great job. It will work either over the wi-fi network, or bluetooth. It's universal, so you only have to buy it once.

Other file types would requrie other apps, but for general use getting a DropBox account and installing the app on both devices should work with just about anything.
