1. Supports both Windows RDP protocol and VNC
2. Supports remote video streaming (Premium version - streams the file to the iPad app to play)
3. Search the remote computer for a file from the ipad.
4. Improvements to the Thin Browser (makes your remote browser look like its a native iPad App, except you have flash!)
5. Auto-discovery of remote computers if desktop companion installed.

The thin browser is much better than it was initially (still not totally smooth scrolling, but its better than the browser on the remote screen), and I love the virtual mouse that gives you right-click, drag, and mouse wheel scrolling.

some of the features like remote file search and video streaming are now "Premium" - you have to pay more to get those, but this is a great remote desktop tool that keeps getting better.
