Thread: IPhone app version instead of IPad

I have an ipad 2. My bank has created a great custom app for iphone and I used it on ipad in iphone-mode for a long time. That was fine. But one day I have downloaded a 'cool' update - an ipad version - which actually was just a browser window without any controls opening bank's web control panel... Slow and buggy.. Same if I would open it in Safari.. Not even remembering me and asking every time to confirm phone number ny SMS.. I wish I have never updated the app!

And so here comes the question:
- can I roll back to previous version when there was only iphone app available?
- can I install/run the existing version but in iphone mode? It's functional there..

Is there still an iPhone version of the app? If so, download it and see if it's any different than the updated iPad app.
