I'm looking for an offline survey app but have been unsuccessful in finding one. Basically I will be using it for collecting leads at tradeshow events. A potential customer can walk up, enter their info (name, email, phone number, address, etc) onto the iPad and press enter, then I would be able to access that info later. Bonus if the information can be exported. Does anybody know of an app like this?

Give FormConnect a try. I've used it for collecting leads at trade shows and then exported the data into a CSV file for importing into Excel. The app is easy to use and doesn't require Internet connectivity.

Thanks Bluejay. I actually found that one off another thread on here but didn't see the export function in their features listed. Thats definitely good to know.
