    Using the cable for tv

    I have a cable to transmit the iPad screen to my tv I have an 52 inch widescreen tv and it just shows up on my tv on only about 50% of my tv.

    Is there any way of filling the tv screen with my iPad display.
    Do I need a special app to make it fill my screen
