CodeNavigator is a developer's tool for browsing source code using CScope. It can help you to understand the structure of the code very easily and also include syntax highlighting support for many coding languages.
You can easily use your finger to navigate between codes.

Histroy control:
-Go to previous viewed position.

I have been used many source code viewers on iPad.
I think this one is the best one.
Maybe you can add SVN, it should be very useful.
