    A phone tracker 2012HD

    Just purchased A phone tracker 2012 app , it doesn't work it advertises that you can type in a mobile number and trace its location !!! Doesn't do that it just locates my location
    I WANT MY £1-69 back .
    How do I get my money back . I could have bought something usefull for that
