    Downloading clips from YouTube to my IPad

    Any idea about which application would do the job..

    AFAIK there are no apps that will allow you to download YouTube videos with your iPad without jailbreaking your iPad first. More here:

    If you're talking about downloading YouTube videos to your computer and then transcoding them to view on your iPad, there are a number of commercial computer programs for that. At least one of our sponsors has such a program:

    I use iDownloader... But you have to watch them using the apps video player... Still great HD quality though..
