Easy tiger!!.........
I'm new to all this there's so many conversations/threads that go off on a tangent that you never get a straight answer, correct?
The only thing I have heard is that you can jailbreak iPad 2 to get the flash support amongst other things, but once again there is never a straight answer, correct?
The only thing the iPad is missing I feel is a decent eBay app for listing because once again flash is needed to upload pics of items,
I am over the moon with the device and the functionality and know things are changing al the time
Your best solution is Splashtop.
I don't need to write an entire paragraph. After you read all the threads, reviews, learn how Flash works and why Apple will never add it to their tablets in native form ,look and/or try all the Flash work around apps you will find why Splashtop is the best method.
Welcome to Apple tablets and to the forum.

The adobe flex SDK includes a compiler called mxmlc
There is no Flash support for the iPad - either stock or jail broken. But you can use an app to gain remote access to your PC and run the Flash there - that was the Splashtop suggestion and is - in my opinion - the best way forward. There are some third-party browsers, such as iSwifter, that 'sort of' support Flash by hosting it on the company server but the results are mixed at best.
Apple have never made any secret of their decision not to support Flash on the iPad - indeed they openly publish a well-reasoned and some might argue technically sound 'White Paper' on their decision.

Or you can use an app like Cloudbrowse from the app store and browse flash sites from a server designed to do such from the iPad. I just got the app and want to test it. What are some sites (no bank, student or other sites that require a signup) that people would like to visit on the iPad that have flash content? Share the URL and I will try them in the app and report back the results.
I would be interested if it can play items on the ITV Player
www.itv.com and choose any video
When I try Puffin it says I am trying to access it outside of the UK
