So is there a program or an Application that will allow me to take some amatuer video on my camcorder and edit it (maybe just cut it up and that type of stuff)... and put music to it? If so what would you recommend?

The is no good iPad app yet, there will be just give it a little time....

But for $3.99 Reeldirector an iPhone app, would be worth trying out. I mean for less than the cost of burger and fries why not. Perhaps it could get you by until the wave of quality iPad apps hits....
