I would like to report cheating app "Premium Facebook Browser" develop by Nam Kennic, but where to report? This fellow emphasized on his new update that able "set profile picture" but in fact, it is NOT! Cheat money! I want to report this.

I read it! It only mention "able set picture as profile picture" but never mention for "personal account" or "own page"! In fact, it's only allow to edit for "personal profile" but not for "page"! What the misleading information! Price : $1.99

I don't use FB, but most here use Friendly, I think. I also do not really know what you are trying to do ~ but I do believe you can email the app dev and inform him of your dissatisfaction. In a calm adult manner, of course.

I'm still quite new here but can't you email or call the app store support and get your money refunded? I had an app which didn't work properly; I called them and they sorted it out immediately.

Yes - as the previous poster remarked, it's easy to get a refund. Just call the Apple Support line (it's free) with the transaction reference number and they'll refund the entire purchase price as a credit to your iTunes account. Most Members have done this and there's never any problem.

I also reports some apps sometimes, but this app is nothing wrong to be reported, it can actually change your profile image, so it actually does like what it says in its description. It does not say "this app can change your page profile image". So I think lily is just trying to make some noise
