Best to cover all corners in this business.

True. I've waisted a lot of time in the past because I didn't check the obvious first.

I read somewhere that Open In shows only 8 apps. If you want your favorite app to appear there you probably need to delete few apps first.

Open in
I can always open in Goodreader. I'm trying to open in PDF Notes free and UPAD- both claim to support the "open in" feature for PDF's. Considering purchasing these for student iPads at school and want to make sure they do what they say they will do first.

I can confirm that UPAD works fine with "Open in... ." I haven't used PDF Notes though it looks interesting.

Hi everyone, I am new to ipad and to the forum so I'm probably going to have a lot of questions. For now I need help opening a very important pdf file (and my computer just died) but I can't find the 'open in' option.... TIA

Where is that PDF file currently located - on your iPad or on your PC?

Not sure what you mean by 'not regular email'. Do you mean it's an attachment to an email received via webmail?
