I have spoken to the people in London and they say that actually what is happening when I make contact with their web site to complete their form is that I not downloading anything at all, simply opening a web page on their site. I am not sure whether that clarifies things or muddies them! Their system has been live for a yeqar or two and is accessed by caseworkers all over the country. They were not aware of anyone trying to use the system using an iPad but will make inquiries.
