I think what some of us may be seeking that iPad's calendar lacks is a GROUP compatible calendar. ICal and mobile.me is basically defined by a family unit, so it's not configured for a small business unit. At our small law firm, we are now looking at Google Business Apps. From what I'm reading, It appears that each member of our group can be on the Google calendar, and we can add to and sync our iPads, iPhones and desktops to the group calendar. Bigger businesses have Microsoft Exchange, Notes or many other non-mac enterprise products. What does Apple have? I've searched high and low and found overpriced industry specific apps or cloud apps like Google Apps. I find jumping into the cloud with our well established, locally controlled business scary. Does anyone have a comforting word of advice? Can you share experiences of taking your iPads and Macs into the business world and not looking like a gum chewing teenager? Mind you, I'm a committed Apple user who has made their products central to my business since 1991!
