An update - I finally bought Documents to Go Premium this week and so far it works very well for viewing tracked changes and comments. I can open the files directly in my iPad Mail and see the redlines ( tracked changes ) and comments. I've been experimenting a little with the app wrt settings, formatting docs, DropBox and so far I like it very much. Seems like it was a good purchase for me.
So does it redline changes in the doc in the actual app if you make text changes in Documents 2 Go?
Are you asking if changes are made in Documents 2 Go if those changes show up when viewing the document in the native app like Word?Originally Posted by dyp
If you mean can you initiate "Track Changes" in DocumentsToGo, then the answer is no.
You can manipulate one that's already tracking changes, but not the reverse. Best thing you can do, when in Docs2Go, is to change the font color, or something like that, to make the changes known.
