Yahoo has one and skype has one, have not found one that dose MSN or Gmail yet? There is not one that dose all with video chat! Anyone know?Originally Posted by jetspeed8
I have been using BeejiveIM for a few days and it is very good, but one thing is missing (Video chat) have not found one that dose video chat for all! That would be a great app for chatting, yes you can download yahoo and skype, but there is not one that dose all with voice and video. That is when iPad will truly be the Real Big thing! Now don't get me wrong I love my iPad and would not trade it for anything but it can not truly replace or past a laptop till it dose the same and more. You will then have everything in your hands!Originally Posted by CloudSpy
Skype now does video chat, it works great on the Itouch, they just need to make a iPad version. It runs on the iPad but in x2 mode it is fuzzy
Yes Skype and Yahoo both have video chat but is not an iPad app? MSN and Gmail still have nothing, and why has not one of the multi chat programs start using video? I am not a programer but I see the need as very high when you have millions of iPads sold world wide!Originally Posted by pda963

I'm desperately awaiting a way to do gmail video chatting. I use gmail chat almost exclusively and the only way I can video chat and see my nephew is through google video. For some reason my brother's ISP won't allow him to use skype video, we can talk through skype but not video, it's the strangest thing. Tried several diff computers (PC and Mac) and it's a no go. Very frustrating.

There is no need to wait. Install the free Vtok all and enjoy Gmail video calling.Originally Posted by Phine00Del
Keep in mind, that it only supports video/audio calling, so you can't write text while calling, same as Skype, I believe.
Anyway, just download it and call all your gmail buddies![]()
Thanks so much! I think you just made my day :-)Originally Posted by DontUnderstandMyIpad

Assuming your using an iPad and would like a free app thar consolidates various IM accounts I'd teccommmend the IMO.im
I have always used IM+ but the idea of paying for it again to include skype doesn't sit well with me besides IMO.IM is fast & simple IM+ could look more aesthetically pleasing with the background n all but to each their own
