I was wondering if there were any apps for Chinese speakers trying to learn English. I know there is Pleco which is the other way around, English speakers trying to learn Chinese. I want to replace my grandparents' old and clunky electronic dictionary that is difficult to use. I don't have an iPad yet, so the availability of something like this would be the main purchasing decider. I can also imagine several websites that offer good English-Chinese dictionaries running on it. But this won't solve the need for handwriting input and a much more streamlined approach besides using a browser is much needed.
