App to view pdf's and enable note taking

    Hi,
I need to be able to view pdf's on my new 32GB 3G + WiFi iPad as well as making notes on those pdf documents. I have purchased a TenOne Pogo stylus pen so just need a good app for the above.
Doing a bit of research there seems a few apps - Padnotes, Pages, Adobe Ideas.

    Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thanks

One really good app is Goodreader.

You can view and annotate your PDFs and it has a marvelous file system.

Try it, you may like it...

GoodReader is a great app, but any pdf annotations you make in it will only be visible in GoodReader.

I can't comment on Padnotes, Pages or Adobe Ideas but I highly recommend Note Taker HD.

Also, if you find the Pogo less than stellar you might want to check out the stylus made by Targus or Griffin (same pen, different names).

Thanks chowdown, I did not know annotations made in GoodReader do not show up in other applications (they show fine in Adobe on my PC, so I figured ....).

So, although I still recommend GoodReader as an awesome app, I must also add Note Taker HD as an awesome app too - the annotations on it WILL appear in other apps (plus Adobe). Or, at least they'll show up in Dropbox's quick view and in iBooks...

TBH - I have, use and love both apps. YMMV.

Again, thanks, chowdown, for the learning!
