About LinkBacksHi,
I want to download the All of Wikipedia app for the ipad. I only have internet access on a pc, however- no way to get the ipad online at the moment unless there is a way to hard-wire it to the internet through a pc connection.
Is it possible to download the app on a pc and then transfer/install to the ipad?

Why not use your Wi-Fi on you iPad and go to the Itune store and download the app.

You can download on iTunes and copy it over. Whatevers easiest.

Wow fail... Did you even read his post? He obviously doesn't have wifi available at the moment, hence why he is writing this post.....

Yep, I do that about half the time. Find in iTunes, "buy" then sync. Easy.
