Hello-

I'm in need of an app for planning my days down to the hour. I really like the way iCal is set up, but the problem is I can't display my mundane daily tasks (work out, clean up, etc.) into my hourly schedule view without cluttering up the monthly view (which I like to keep reserved for major events and deadlines).

I hado Todo, and it's fine but it's really more of a task manager than a time management app. I like to have my entire day laid out at least in a broad sense to avoid wasting time.

Does anyone know of an app that would let me see my days planned out by to the hour (similar to iCal), but that would allow me to have only the big stuff show up in the monthly view? I would think this would be a common request for the fairly organized, but I've had a heck of a time finding anything like this and don't want to try my luck buying anymore apps without guidance.

Informant is the best I have seen easy to use syncs with gmail cal etc and well supported. I have the pro version on both iPhone and iPad all up to date no matter what changes I make on either device including iCal on the Mac
