I'm not sure I know what you are referring to siriart. Are you saying you cannot update your apps?

Yes I still have 8 items waiting to update but once I go to App Store and go to Updates icon there was nothing show up no any item show up

We're these 8 apps purchased with the same Apple ID as the one you're trying to update them under? If you've purchased apps under more than one Apple ID, you can only update them while signed into the account that was used to purchase them.
