Problem with an App
I recently bought an application called Millionaire game by Skills Net for 11.99 Euros ($16). This game does not function. The quality of the only accessed image is very poor. I have signaled this through I-Tunes where they have given me a link to contact the game administrator. This links to a twitter page that has no followers which is a bit strange! In addition, it does not allow me to add a review. Any advice on what else can be done in this case to get a refund and to inform others -those responsible-about this problem?
This is what I did:
Go into itunes, under the help drop down click on "apple service and support"
That takes you to an express help webpage. Fill out the form and submit it, an apple rep should contact you within 48 hours.

Yes - absolutely - we have not had a Member yet who has not been able to get a refund on an app.
