Does anyone use an app in conjunction with their gym workouts? I think I would like to use one to track progress and to also get new ideas for different workouts and exercises to keep things fresh. It would be great to hear some feedback on any apps you use.
Apple have a list for the iPhone and those apps would work on the iPad too....

There is a application called JEFit. It includes all types of body workout.
