Check out an upcoming indie game that is similar to Minecraft and Terraria. Its in alpha state at the moment and my expectations were exceeded with what I have seen so far. Steampunk Victorian times theme. Currently being developed by 3 guys in the Chicago area. It is being developed for mac osx and ios devices (iphone/ipad/ipod touch). Alpha/beta will be for mac first, then rollout to ios a month or so later.

Deepworld is a 2D crafting adventure game with a persistent, online sandbox universe just waiting for you to explore! It's built in the cloud, so you can join up with your friends at any time to journey through the depths, create new worlds, or visit other players' fabulous creations.
