    Missing apps

    I am new to this forum. I have an IPad Mini and when I search the App Store for a specific title or app the title comes up on the search but when I pick is out of the list it comes up 0 results and yet it is saying that there is such an app! Could someone explain why this is happening and a lot. Thanks for the cooperation!
