I bought Airport Express as router for my IPAD2. It says to connect ethernet cable to cable modem, then to Airport Express. There is only one Ethernet connection running to the cable modem and it connected to the PC base. help?

Does your Pc have wireless? If it does you will connect the ethernet to the airport express and then connect the Pc to the wireless network (once setup) of the airport express.
Alternatively, is your cable modem, a router as well? If it is it will have more than one ethernet connection (usually 4), get another cable and use one of those.
