I love the Just Mobile UpStand coz it makes the iPad into a tiny monitor. :D But it costs $45 for pre-order. Meh.

I also have the Wedge-E stand which I use quite a bit in bed or laying on the couch and it's worked out very well. I got it as a gift and probably wouldn't have bought it myself but I'm glad I got it now. ;) I also needed something to use when working out on the garage though (to watch videos) or when there's not a flat surface so I bought a Joby GorillaMobile Yogi | iPad Stands and Docks and I love it so far. Highly recommended..
