iPad case with shoulder strap, where you can use the iPad while strap over shoulder?

Are you using it for the iPad 2 or the 1? I'm wondering how its going to work with the smart cover as far as folding it back to view at an angle. I don't know if those little round protrusions used to attach the accessories will hinder viewing the iPad in the near vertical position using the smart cover. If you could post some pics I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Did you get the package that included the hand grip or whatever they called it? Just wondering if you found that useful at all.
