I love the looks of it and the functionality but neeed to know if it can be used with the Logitech Ultrathin keyboad?

Found it on YouTube. It is nice, but you won't really be able to use it with the Logitech ultrathin keyboard unless you remove it from this case. That is assuming you wish to use the magnetic features of the keyboard with the iPad. They can still be used together as keyboard and screen.
