Random screen marks when drawing! Glove?

Hello, creatives...I'm spending a lot of time doing art on my iPad2, and because my most natural drawing position involves resting my hand on the screen, I'm constantly making unwanted marks. Have partially solved this by cutting down a glove so that it extends from the tip of my little finger down to my wrist, with all the other fingers and the palm removed. Has anyone else found a better way, or the perfect glove, or some other magic solution? Let's solve this annoyance! Might be a cool product in there, too.
    Thanks! Hannah

Many folks use a stylus. Some are designed specifically for sketching.

Yep, I do use a stylus, but haven't tried an iFaraday. I have ordered the iJot. Still, the problem of the hand resting on the screen is not solved, especially when holding a stylus. Would be lovely if an art app could be designed to "not recognize" a contact larger than a stylus tip.
Have learned an enormous amount just browsing these forums. A great thing.

Which stylus you use for drawing??

for your information, app with palm rejection is starting to surface. I just bought Pen Ultimate the other day. Now I can draw and write naturally using my XStylus Touch with my palm leaning on the iPad screen.

XStylus Touch is the stylus design to let you draw and write "naturally" on an iPad.
    No broken line, No dragging.

Elton, thank you, that's very exciting! What I've noticed is that though my iJot really helps with accuracy, my screen sometimes does not pick up a "soft" mark made with it. Whereas my rubber tip stylus must be more recognizable to the screen, because every mark registers. So ideally the tip would be small, but with slightly more "give".

The name of the iPad app that i mentioned should be Penultimate. a very good sketchbook app with palm rejection function.

I am glade that you figure out that "give" thing when you using your stylus. Means that we are on the right channel
I made a little comparison video, may be you will be interested in it.
