I have come across this CaseWise smart cover with back. I have to say I am very happy with the case. It has the magnetic strip which does the sleep/wake-up trick. The back cover feels like leather, but still quite thin and fits well. What I like most is its snap-on feature. The case snap-on from the back, so it is almost invisible from the front. Other cases are just too intrusive to the edges or even to the front of the iPad. When I roll up its front cover, I can make either the stand-up or laid-down positions.
