Ok, this is the scenario...
I ordered a PORTENZO case for my iPad 2 - and received a confirmation email
I subsequently cancelled the order - I didn't get a confirmation of cancellation
My MasterCard has been billed by ROOCASE
I have contacted Portenzo who have apologised and said they will refund ASAP
I can only assume that Portenzo is the same company as Roocase?
I have been on to Roocase website so I can email them to check this but there is no contact email on the whole of their site!
Can anybody shed any light or even provide me with a contact email for Roocase?
