Ok, this is the scenario...

I ordered a PORTENZO case for my iPad 2 - and received a confirmation email

I subsequently cancelled the order - I didn't get a confirmation of cancellation

My MasterCard has been billed by ROOCASE

I have contacted Portenzo who have apologised and said they will refund ASAP

I can only assume that Portenzo is the same company as Roocase?

I have been on to Roocase website so I can email them to check this but there is no contact email on the whole of their site!

Can anybody shed any light or even provide me with a contact email for Roocase?

looking at the pics for the iPad 2 cases on both websites, they are different, so I suspect that they are different companies, although strange that you ordered from one company, but billed by roocase... another thing I find weird is that there is no link to buy either on the roocase website...

strangely enough, the case I have for my iPad 2 is exactly the same as the roocase dual station leather case iPad 2 black.... bought from the UK though via www.laptopkit.co.uk, but sold as luvmac, it isn't bad, but given the choice now, I'd go for the portenzo one as it offers protection for the corners

I have looked at the Roocase website before I am sure I have but I have definitely not ordered from it! I have no email from them either to confirm any sale!

I guess I will have to wait to see if i do get a refund from Portenzo in the name of Roocase!

If not, I will have to contact MasterCard and go through a claim process!

Bizarre!

it seems like your not the only one, a google of both names shows posts from macrumors and other forums saying the same thing

Ok. Well I can confirm then that Roocase is Portenzo or vice versa.

I have been refunded the cost of the moleskine case and the refund description is Roocase.
