Does anyone know if there is a design patent on Apples Ipad case?
I would like to design a case like it, of course without apple logo, but dont know if its possible.
Hope someone knows about it, or how to find out.

I doubt if it can be patented due to how generic it is. It would be real simple to make some minor adjustments to the design to become different but equivalent.

If I were you I would take what they have and make some improvements/adjustments to it. I bought the case and didn't care too much for it. It did look nice though.
