    if you drop something and it breaks, then does the manufacturer have any blame? Should there be an expectation of a free replacement?

    I'm not sure what's normal with other case's replacement plans but if I'm responsible for breaking something, I think a company offering any discount on replacement is pretty good.

    SWINGMAN:

    It was my understanding that the replacement is on "their" product NOT apple. If something goes wrong with their product, instead of a complete refund they will give you a credit of 50% off towards something else. However, I feel a company should stand 100% behind their product.

    They offer a 6 month warranty on the product.

    The 50% replacement is if you are the one responsible for breaking it or after the 6th months is over.

    It's not the most consumer friendly policy but I think it's good enough as people can probably find a defect in the first 6 months.

    My apologies blessed. I didn't mean to misinform you. I didn't see the 6 month policy. Thanks for the heads up swingman. I really wasnt trying to discourage you blessed. I was like the 20th person on the pre order list up until this weekend. It and the otter are the same price, and I just decided durability of chiqueness.

    Again best wishes on whatever product you purchase. You have to submit to your tastes not mine.

    take it they can't do special order. can't say i'm too surprised. hope you're able to find something that suits your needs.
