Then, grab a snack and a beverage of your choice and have a browsing session over in the Hacking section of this forum. There you will see what others are doing with their jail broken iPad (and what you can do with it).

THe first post in that thread always has the latest info. If there isn't anything about a jailbreak for IOS 6.0 or 6.01 then there is no jailbreak for the iPad 4 yet. It will appear there as soon as there is info about it. I wouldn't hold your breath though. It's probably more like months away than weeks.
