It does seem that way. But, lets face it: we all have that "tech nerd" in us that causes a frenzy whenever anything new comes out. I do it too and it seems to happen with everything electronic. I was an early blu ray adopter too. Even had HD DVD for a while as well. I loved having both formats. I'm sure the bank accounts of the studios did too, lol. The key here is to realize that our current tablets are working just fine and they don't freeze up when a new one is released. I'm staying with my iPad 2 because it works great and has never let me down. Processor speed has never been a concern of mine anyways and neither has graphics processing.Originally Posted by HappyPelican
I'm smitten with my current device. As for apples move, they are trying to undermine Windows and their new tablet releases. Stealing a little of the press time so to speak. It's a good move on their part, IMO.
