Ipad4 and Itunes

Hello all I just setup my Ipad without using I tunes ,After the setup was complete I conected my Ipad to my computer and open up Itunes and it is asking me to setup my Ipad again or to set it up with my Ipod settings and I dont want to do that. I would like to be able to add my photos to the Ipad and some podcasts, but I dont want to sync my Ipad with my ipod .
I am running windows 7

Any Ideas

Just setup as new. As for pics you can copy over manually or use iCloud sync for photostream on both devices.
