Most of the DVD movies got the Copyright logo on the back of the DVD case. Can I still rip a Copyright DVD movie using Handbrake? Will there be legal issues and how will they find out? I am using for personal purposes only.

Strictly speaking there's probably a copyright issue. In practice, no one will or can find out and so long as you keep the original, you should be OK. The major issue comes with taking your digital copy and sharing it.

This is not to say that the forum condones illegal practice of any kind. We do not allow discussion of piracy or its methods, but DVD/CD ripping seems to be accepted so long as it's for personal use.
