Video on iPad via itunes video lag

I put a mobile video .mp4 file add on itunes en sync on my iPad.
But when i open my video on the ipad the video runs not large lag.
Whats should be the problem??
I try handbrake for ipad converter but the same result.

What can i do??

welcome to the forums.

* The first thing to try is to see if the mp4 video plays fine on your computer (in Quicktime/iTunes).

if the video plays badly on your computer, then of course it will play badly on the iPad as well, and the issue is related to the conversion tools you used. Maybe the settings you used, or maybe the original video file has issues.

* If the file plays fine on your computer, try turning off your iPad and turning it back on, and see if that makes a difference.

No de video plays good on windows mediaplayer.
Wich setting do you recommand?
Turn on and on does not help.

I use my own software, DVD Catalyst 4, so settings for Handbrake, since I don't use it, is a bit tricky. You didn't mention the other converter you used, but if you paid for that, you might want to contact their support department with the issue.
