I think you are posing a difficult question, as not many people IMO have counted those purely retina-acceptable Apps. Seems a very academic question unless you are interested in any particular App that suits your purpose. If so, why not go into the AppStore yourself and check out the App that interests you.

i tried to see some app fit to the retina display but it was't mentioned
I wonder: app that doesn't fit to the retina if you install it what happen?

Well, if you install it you will see "what happens" and if you don't like it you can get rid of it on your iPad (but it will still remain in your App "purchases"). What happens is that it will work perfectly. It will look exactly as it does on an iPad2. It won't crash, catch fire, or make your milk go sour.

So you are saying that ipad 3 has also more than 200000 app
but you only can't enjoy the retina display?
