Looks like some corruption in Cydia - maybe caused by something you have downloaded?
Best answer may be to delete most recent downloads then reinstall them one at a time to see when or if the problem reoccurs.
If it does then looks like a full reinstall of Cydia!!
At my age it can be difficult to understand what others regard as simple!
Looks like the package simply hasn't downloaded properly from its repo. Refresh the sources and try again.
